The market at the time wasn't dissimilar to the last couple of years with limited inventory and strong demand. We missed out on the first house that we put an offer in on but Mason was able to help us find a new one and navigate the process to "win" on the next one. We are so happy it worked out that way because the home we were in was that much better and had everything we were looking for, including a shorter commute. Buying the new home put us in a situation where we needed to sell the home we were in and with Mason's assistance, it sold before we evenly officially listed it. He was also helpful with names and suggestions for contractors and new sources for things such as insurance brokers which in the end was able to save us some money. I would highly recommend him.

He met with my wife and I to go over what we needed to do before the house was on the market, gave us tons of feedback and answered every question we had when it was on the market, and took over working with other agents and inspectors when we had a buyer. He was a big help.
